What’s in a name?

In Uzbek, “polvon” means a strong, brave champion. It is the spirit we hope every team brings to the hackathon: bold enough to take on real problems, and strong enough to see them through together.

Why a red panda?

Red pandas are curious, clever and quick on their feet, just like a good hackathon team. Their fur even matches our colours: red, black and white.
